I was born in a small town in India as the youngest in my family with two elder brothers. I grew up listening to the stories of my father from my mother and grandmother. My father once told me that he was a brilliant student and always wanted to join college but due to precarious family and financial conditions he could never make up to it. Though I belong to a lower middle class family, I was never deprived of basic amenities. My father sent me and my brothers to the best English school available in the town. Since the school was in collaboration with TATA Steel and my father worked there as a Chain man, so we had some relaxation in the fees. After completing my primary school, I moved to a city in the same state to pursue my higher secondary studies. Though I joined a private school, financial struggle never bereaved our family. Split personality means that the one person acts like two people or several people. This disorder always occurs before a person hits middle age. All scientists agree that there is no single cause for schitzophrenia. What is known is that LSD is one of the major causes. There is a better chance for an offspring from a parent that has the disease is more likely to get the disorder than any other Joe thats a parent does not have this horrible disorder. Schitzophrenia is has a greater chance in twins more than a single baby. The chances increase to about 35 to 58%. And that statistic takes me to my example of schitzophrenia. His name is Jimmy Sanders. If a person knew him well like I do they would just call him Cat. He is definetly a Schitzo. He dresses like a hippy! His attire is made up of the following: Red or black bandana, black straight leg jeans, white unde r shirt, usually a red, black, or green silk shirt buttoned half way up, jean jacket or trench coat, black combat boots, wallet with a chain, and the best of all a red silk sash. Cat also has many accesories tha!t he struts with they are: Boom box, metal detector, and the coolest bike ever seen it is a very highly modified shwinn. It has a long, skinny body like the Cat, with a 10-speed tire on the back with a small scooter tire on the front. The exterior has a shiny chrome finish, the bike also has some sort of skull mounted to the front of it. Now if anyone would own that much weird stuff they have to have a few screws lose in their head. from long days of observing Jimmy and his behaviors I have noticed that the definition of a schitzo sums Jimmy right up. One day one can talk to Cat and not have no problems with him. Like one day I was sitting on a buddy of mines front porch waiting for Cat to walk by. Finally Jimmy walked by and I said, Hey. By stating that â€Å"we are all African under the skin†, Wells’s disregards all the old-fashioned concepts of race, such as thinking that people with the same color of skin or language are the same. Spencer puts this point across by exploring how African s migrated to different parts of the world and evolved in different ways, which is why people with similar physical characteristics started to associate themselves with one of these ‘different races’. The documentary disagrees with such associations and I highly agree with this point. I believe that by seeing an individual through ‘racial lenses’, assumptions about that individual would definitely be made according to his/her ‘race’. According to me, this is termed as a kind of discrimination. Being an African American, I myself have been a victim of having assumptions being made about me, such as the time when a grocery owner kept a watchful eye on me while I was buying groceries (just because majority of the shoplifters in that neighborhood are African American). Misunderstandings and miscommunication between parents and their children are one of the issues which follow breakings in the development of the youth. Due to parents own principles, for respect and love of family values often creates harmness to the childrens growth which tempts them to behave against them. Thus youth becomes a totalitarian of his own life by going against the values and ethics and unknowingly gets stucked in the torturous situations. Most Christian youth, fail to act upon the 10 commandments of bible. I must say, I myself as a youth in my real life experience have observed that the originality of the commandments has changed excessively and replaced with the following: Thou must worship money Thou must lyrically murder Thou must have evil possession Thou must have sex Thou must enjoy drug addiction Thou must prosper, worship own self Thou must not feel guilty Thou must have no respect for ancestral values Thou must not serve, sacrifice Thou must differentiate Due to the above, youth fails to feel guilty in which guiltness is a part of our conscience creating a false belief system as an obstacle in his maturity and creating structure of his own. Under such circumstances he avoids promoting prayer, sacrifice, grace, redemption, worship and meditation, atonement. Considering money and sex are the only two things reliable to satisfy the needs, creating a limitation and a boundary for establishing personal spiritual growth and development. This proves a kind of negligence in contacting the positive mechanism which grows in the back of our minds. Such system blocks all the wanted and useful messages allowing us to hear and see only what our mind tells us to hear and believe. As this tendency is increased in the youth generation, it is creating gaps between a believer and faith of god. The question is How? How can we overcome this problem? Youth have themselves developed a capacity in mind to hear only what pleasures them without taking a decision that whether it is false or truth. My query is How we can bring these groups of youth closer to god? Unconsciously resulting in unexpected calamities and unknowingly they are unable to repent it wisely. Due to this increasing factor, youth cant get a grip of effective communication and develop themselves internally. Here the parents then enter the scene to play their role. For a church to survive, the basic foundation is the youth and for the youth to be saved and attracted the church has to be healthy. In my knowledge it is a Vicious Circle. Local churches upto some extent do specifically fulfill the discipleship through the practices and play a great emphasis in fulfilling and conveying the message of god to us, but still lack to read the minds and bring the youth closer to her, for which she has to upgrade her atmospheric appearance with new packages to reach the youth in a new taste due to the competitive modernism which is hovering on the youth. As the church ministry is the foundation pillar, the main aim is how much measure of commitment is valued and given to achieve the target successfully. Mankind is able to commit only when he chooses the right direction in fear and is able but this is unfortunate as the alien world tend to let us unidentify the type of strategies of growth for maturity. By identifying the type of strategies of growth, we can understand the level of growth required t owards maturity at which we can be spiritual. Another reason for in growth is fear. They set fire to the boxcar, murdering Boy Charles and four homeless men. Over the next 25 years, the murderers met a dreadful fate of their own. Some of them mysteriously fell down their own well. A rumor spread that the Ghosts of the Yellow Dog sought revenge. Others contend that ghosts had nothing to do with the death of Sutter and his men - that living and breathing men threw them into a well.
